Use the chart below as a guide for choosing the right size cuff. Often your wrist (or my piece) will be between sizes shown here.  In my case this will be referenced with a slash (ex: small / medium).  While some of the cuffs are pliable enough to make small adjustments for size, others are very thick and rigid and may not be able to bend much, if at all.
